Just like the other parts developed and produced by RIO for the spare parts market, the cylinder liners have the guarantee of quality and perfect geometry. This happens because the liners for engine cylinders are produced in a centrifugation process monitored by cutting-edge equipment and machined on CNC machines of great dimensional precision.
According to the service manuals, the interference between the cylinder liner and its respective housing must be between 0,04 and 0,06 millimeters (light line) and between 0,06 and 0,08 millimeters (heavy line).
