The combustion pre-chambers accelerate and optimize the explosion process of the air/ fuel mix in diesel engines, reducing their consumption and increasing their performance.
Engine pre-combustion chambers are customized for each project, being installed directly inside the cylinder head, between the engine valves. Manufactured in special stainless steel and developed with high precision, its main function is to receive and swirl an indirect injection of an air and fuel mixture into the engine. With the aid of this component, explosions are able to generate more efficiency in ignition and consequently in piston operation, considerably reducing fuel consumption.
